In making payment for your tour(s), activities or entertainment packages, as displayed on this site you accept the following Terms and Conditions:
General
- All prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% Government Goods & Services Tax (GST).
Scheduled Day Tours - including tours shown on the daily planner
- If any tour/activity/entertainment package is withdrawn or cancelled for whatever reason, pre-booked participants will be offered an alternative arrangement to at least the same value, or a full refund will be made.
- Once tour/s, activities and/or entertainment packages have been booked and paid for there are no refunds. However, as a general rule, name substitution is accepted.
- All tours will generally operate irrespective of weather conditions.
- All tours/activities/entertainment packages are based on one-price-for-all. In some instances special children prices will apply and infants (under 2 years) will be carried free providing they do not occupy a seat.
- Government regulations prohibit smoking inside tourist coaches.
Short Holiday Tours “Pre & Post” Tours
- Where accommodation is part of the tour the tour price is generally based on 2 persons sharing a twin or double bed room. Triple rooms (with 3 single beds or a single and double bed) are available on request, as are larger rooms/apartments. In most instances single rooms are available at an additional cost.
- Where participants are travelling alone generally (and on request) a suitable room mate will be found. Otherwise a single room supplement may be payable. At no time will ICMS Travel guarantee a room mate.
- If any tour is withdrawn or cancelled for any reason, pre-booked participants will be offered an alternative tour to at least the same value, or a full refund will be made. Note - certain tours will require a minimum number of participants before it will operate.
- Tour participants are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance before commencing the tour.
- Once tour/s have been booked and paid for there are no refunds. However, as a general rule, name substitutions are accepted (except where air travel forms part of the tour package).
- Air travel, and the air fare component, as part of the tour package, is governed by the terms, conditions and policy of the participating airline/s - please check carefully at time of booking.
